- Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in participating schools. Proof of enrollment may be requested.
- Registration & Payment: Registration is complete once the form is submitted and any required payment is confirmed.
- Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the event code of conduct; unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in disqualification.
- Fair Play: Use of engine assistance or electronic devices during play is prohibited and will be treated as cheating.
- Photography & Media: By participating, attendees grant permission for photos and recordings to be used by the organizers for promotion.
- Liability: Organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property during the event.
- Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used only for event administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Refunds & Withdrawals: Withdrawal and refund policy will be published; contact organizers for exceptions.
- Final Decision: Tournament director's decisions are final on all rulings.
